Explained all the procedures
The Receptionist was friendly and helpful with me and all other patients l saw her deal with. I was seen at the correct time and Deeba Akram was professional and explained all the procedures. She answered all my questions and was very efficient and gave me good advice.

Friendly, helpful reception team, all running on time and Raksha is an absolute star, everything is explained clearly and she has the patience of a saint for putting up with me as I’m not the easiest patient once that drill starts.

Can only say positive things about the place. Reception is super helpful and responsive, Alex the dentist and her assistant were both exceptional and give me confidence that I’m in great hands. Best dentist I’ve been to in years!

Hi, I'm pleased with my dental check up today very thorough and a lovely guy. However my husband came with me today for his first visit and is hard of hearing so I mentioned he's hard of hearing and thought maybe he would have spoken face to face but he didn't, he sat at the computer with his mask and visor on still asking questions so I had to answer questions for him. My husband said he'd stated on the forms that he's hard of hearing.

Check up
Very pleased with my check up & had a clean. All the staff I dealt with were very professional & friendly. The only thing that I don't understand is if your appointment is at 1.00pm, which is obviously at the end of the dentists lunch, the dentist doesn't get to her room until 5 or 10 minutes after that time. So surely it would make more sense to have the first appointment after lunch break slightly after 1.00pm so the Dentist can get sorted, so then they don't get so behind before they've started.
