Had pain all over Christmas. Rang this morning for an appointment & got a “sit & wait” for the same morning. Receptionist was lovely & helpful. Saw the dentist after about a half hour wait. Very thorough examination & X-rays. Diagnosed with inflamed gums & given antibiotics & toothpaste on prescription. Great professional service. Thank you.

This was the first time I left a dentist with a smile on my face. She tried to do it as pain free as she could. She was explaining as she was going along and asking me if I was okay. I cannot praise her enough.

Loverly staff and l have no complaints about my dentist. Clean practice and although the building needs a little tlc l find it a good dentist and would recommend.

I came here with my daughter a month ago for her first appointment which was great!and everyone was so friendly.
However what I didn't expect was to cross paths with a dentist there called Rashak in regards to a sleep mandibular devise, upon asking at reception if they did anything like that as I suffer with sleep apnea and despite using a cpap machine I feel no better so I was researching other avenues.
It was meant to be that day, as that's when they said we actually have a lady who has a passion for this sort of thing and does the devises.

Rashak saw me there and then for a chat, and I can honestly say I have never ever in my life felt more welcome, and listened to than I did with her. Her passion for helping in regards to what I was talking about shone through like I've never seen, she didn't rush me, she empathised, and was just so knowledgeable. I came home after that chat and actually cried, as for years I've not felt listened too and when you suffer with such severe sleep deprivation believe me, this is a huge deal!.

I've had my first check up appointment with her today to start the ball rolling, Rashak was very thorough! and just lovely, again I left feeling heard and her passion for this shines, she genuinely wants to help people. I know that this devise may not help me, but I'm desperate and willing to try. Even if it doesn't I just want to say to Rashak thankyou, and don't ever change your approach to this as for me whether it works or not I've felt hope for the first time in years! Which is ALOT when someone is suffering so much. Huge thankyou, I hope you get to see this
