Disappointing
Poor communication. Staff are not experienced enough on reception.
I paid £77 for the hygienist and it seemed the quickest appointment on record.

Absolute disgrace
Went for my appointment, got seen 45 minutes late, then the dentist performed and charged me for a procedure that I never asked for, cut my gums to bits after specifically telling them not to touch my gums for the last 20 visits, left me in agony and now on my way to the hospital because they won't answer my calls, with that particular dentist I always leave in worse pain than when I came.

Payment before treatment
Uma is great, I never feel stressed when I see her, she never rushes things and puts me at ease as I am a very nervous patient.
The only thing I'm not happy with is paying for treatment ahead of it being done. It isn’t practical or fair for a patient to be informed there and then that they've to pay upfront for their treatment especially if you're not financially stable it puts people in a terrible situation, I didn't like it at all.
My treatment isn't due now till mid Sept so a little unfair I feel. You need to make patients aware of this on entry, no signage at all! In reception or at least write it in the pre checkup email.
