My dentist Alex, and the dental nurse were as efficient and caring as usual. Minor repairs to fillings undertaken following check up and I am delighted with the result.

Teeth repairs
Had my top teeth repaired and improved. Treatment went well. Thaer was pleasant and did a very good job. Reception staff were pleasant and easy to talk to and ask questions.

I can't fault any aspect
To start my visit the receptionist was very pleasant checking me in. I was surprised how busy it was. This explained why on the odd occasion I have had a bit of difficulty getting through on the phone.
Again in with the dentist, it was a very friendly atmosphere.
My treatment went well and I can't fault any aspect.

Dental Check Review
The capability of the Dentist is without question but it has started to feel like a sales process and search to seek a customers support to undertake extra work. It creates distrust and a sense of a financial motive and not customer care. A past dentist of many years once advised ‘ Unless you clearly need treatment do not accept dental work because of a personal view’. Secondly when reporting to the administrative desk it is bad practice to show total costs for treatment that has not been undertaken at that point especially when the clerk has to ask as to whether the treatment has been completed or not. It reminds myself of why I joined my long since retired Dentist Mr John Walker in West Midlands when I was advised by a practitioner that my fillings needed exploring and hence Mr Walkers advice followed.

It’s a really good dentist. They’re lovely and very polite there. Only thing that lets them down is the appointment times. Every time I’ve been they're running 30mins behind.

Emergency broken tooth
I broke my tooth on Saturday, rang the surgery on Monday morning and Alex fitted me in the next day. Sorted out my tooth with filling, fantastic service and very grateful.
