All in all good
I wasn't keen on the young lady at reception. I’m used to the forms being crossed as to where I had to tick. It felt like she had no time for us. Much prefer to deal with Carol. Excellent receptionist.
No issues with Alex and her No 1. All very nice and professional.

Urgent visit to dentist
I recently lost a large filling so called the dentist Friday, unfortunately it was a bank holiday on the Monday but they said if they had a cancellation the following week they would call me. Tuesday morning I had a call at 9.10am, apppointment at 9.50am and was back in work by 10.50am. I have always felt this dentist is friendly and welcoming, all the staff are super friendly and remember me and always ask how I am. Alex the dentist is so caring and always does her best for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Swadlincote Dental Practice, Brilliant
I and my family have been using Swadlincote Dental Practice for many years now. They have always been fantastic with us, the receptionists always very helpful, patient and caring. They always try their best to get us in if we have terrible toothache. Alex Zubieta is fantastic at her job. We are very lucky to be a patient in Swadlincote Dental Practice.

The staff are lovely and supportive as I am a bit nervous about attending. Alex fitted me in rapidly when I was in alot of pain and dealt with my tooth problem efficiently.
I really appreciated recieving a phonecall to check on my health after a few days of being prescribed a course of tablets to clear up an infection. I would 100% recommend this dentist to other people. Well done to you and your team from the receptionists to the dental nurse and the dentists 👌 thank you Natalie 😀
