Excellent service
I can’t fault this dental practice. Receptionists - Carole in particular- very efficient and friendly. Alex our dentist is professional also friendly. Excellent service. Our whole family are now with Rodericks and all happy with the 5 star service. We are grateful to have them as ours.

Excellent communication throughout
I think Freya is a fantastic hygienist. She is so friendly and always puts me at ease, as I am nervous of the dentist. She makes me feel very comfortable and every experience is always so positive.
Freya has excellent communication throughout so you know what she is going to do and always provides an outstanding service.
At the end of the appointment she always gives clear advice on how to continue to improve your oral health and hygiene.
The dental nurse was also very friendly and all staff on reception. An excellent service provided by all. Thank you.

Nervous Patient!
I am not the greatest fan of a visit to the dentists, needing a filling, I’d wound myself up to the point where I almost cancelled my appointment- I’m glad I did’nt, Raksha the dentist was so lovely, patient and gentle, she made me feel at ease, talked to me all the way through my procedure and all was good, I can’t say thank you enough.

A five star service
Arrived, for my 6 monthly dental check, very efficient receptionist, I was collected from the waiting room by Alex’s nurse, warm and friendly and made me feel at ease.
Alex was very thorough and professional and explained my treatment.
A five star service all round.

Very good receptionists, very helpful, caring and polite. I find it is a very quick check up by the dentist. Just over 2 mins and it cost £26. Not very friendly either.

Wait time too long
When I arrived today the receptionist told me the dentist was running late and I would need to wait at least 30 minutes which I was seen within that time but it would have been useful if I was notified earlier as I had to leave work for my appointment. It would have been useful to get a text message just to say the dentist was running late and I would have got there 15 minutes or so later to prevent overcrowding in the waiting area. Thanks.
