After having a bad experience with my previous dentist, I am a very nervous patient when at the dentist. My appointment this morning with Thaer Ahmad, I explained how nervous I am and need to be treated like a child when in the dentist chair. I needed an old filling re-doing, Thaer was very nice. I never felt a thing.

A credit to dentistry
I am a fortunate NHS client of Raksha Parekh who has proven to be a credit to both Swadlincote dental practice and to the entire dentistry profession. The surgery is welcoming and the dental Nurse Grace Bond is as equally deserving of the highest level of praise and merit that can be awarded. A great practice, a great dentist in Raksha Parekh and a team of great staff. Not much more one can say!

Anxious customer
Alex and her assistant were so understanding of my anxiety. Were professional, kind and reassuring. My only complaint would be that they over run time wise, which can be hard, but understandable. I would struggle to see any other dentist now.

Two fillings

Filling fell out
Not been to the dentist for 4 years, due mainly to Covid, but had a filling fall out on Monday!
Rang dentist on Tuesday and they made an appointment for the following day without any fuss, At the appointment had teeth checked and the filling refilled really quick ! Great service and thank you.

6 Monthly Check-Up
We received excellent care from our Dentist Alexandra today, and always have. There is no one else I would trust to care for me, a very nervous patient with complex dental needs. She is kind and caring and yet still 100% professional. An all round lovely lady.
The staff as a whole are attentive and also very professional with nothing being too much trouble. I feel we matter to them and aren’t just another number.
Thank you for the care you give to me and my girls.
