Reception staff are not friendly or welcoming, they ignore the phone and are really slow. I was standing waiting at the counter for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Terrible customer service.

Very pleasant staff and very relaxing atmosphere. My only qualm is why do we have to pay upfront for our treatment. Wouldn't a small deposit be more acceptable? It's a big amount to pay out when unexpected.

Excellent dentist and practice
Excellent dentist. Very professional, caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Always have a a very positive experience with Uma at this dental practice. I find it very reassuring that I am always looked after and in very good hands. Very happy with this dental practice and Dr Uma.

Great service
I had an afternoon appointment and on arrival I was informed they were running a little late. No worries, I returned 20 minutes later and was soon seen. The dentist and the nurse were great as were the reception team.
They were very helpful finding me my next appointment too as I needed a bit of help due to being away on certain dates. All really great, top marks.

Emergency appointment
The receptionist when I phoned was very friendly and helpful, she said my own dentist was on holiday but I could see another dentist, she booked me in to see Raksha who again was very nice and put me at ease when I went into the consulting room.
