Pleased with my check-up
I was pleased with my check-up. I was concerned with some little ulcers I keep getting on the tip of my tongue but the dentist said they were nothing to worry about.

Great service
The young lady on reception who assisted us although we had turned up for appointments a week early. She went out of her way to speak to the dentist directly to see if she could fit us in and she could. Excellent communication and great service all round!
I have, however, been asking about teeth straightening for a year and I still haven't had any proper advice or costs regarding the same, if someone could please get back to me ASAP.

Reception has been slow in the past with Carol always being the consummate professional but others too chatty slowing down the process. Today was exceptional. Good team in place getting people through the inbound process. Alex was her usual efficient self well supported by her assistant. Excellent friendly service.
