Lovely Dentist, very professional. They were running late due to an emergency, fair enough, but would have been good if they let me know this before I arrived to save hanging around for half an hour. They knew how late they were running.

My experience
I booked my appointment at last check up then I was sent a reminder a week before with a different time on it. Upon arrival on check up date I arrived around 15 mins early appointment at 9.40. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. I went in for my appointment 50 minutes late. This is unacceptable as we all live with tight schedules. I do not get paid for not being at work & was 2 hours late this morning. I also have an appointment system at work which I was then an hour behind when I started so have to make back the time. This is a major inconvenience. It is not the first time this has happened. One day I was completely ignored & had to rebook another appointment.

Uma and her nurse team are really lovely, and I am glad she is my dentist, the only problem is the delay, I understand sometimes problems arise and appointment times unfortunately slip back, but perhaps not book so many people in, give her 10 or 15 minutes without an appointment to allow a run over.

I was very nervous before my visit as I knew I had cracked a filling.I have not had good experiences at previous dentists.However, I saw Alex who is fantastic, very professional, reassuring and did a top job of taking the old filling out and replacing it with new one.cant thank her enough I am now pain free.
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, getting me an emergency appointment when I called the day before and being sympathetic when I arrived.Thanks again .
