Emergency appointment
Rang up for an emergency appointment due to abscess. Arranged a time suitable for me (same day) and left feeling positive, though still in pain. I was impressed seeing them on the day I rang. Not too long in the waiting room, both dentist and assistant were brilliant.

Had to go in on a NHS 111 referral. They were really pleasant, professional, kind and gave me the treatment I needed to attend to my emergency appointment, they also advised on future treatments needed. Also as I suffer greatly with mental health, I found them to be very understanding, great place for those with nervous dispositions and fear of the dentist.
