My first visit to Dental Sense where I had a thorough check up. The dentist was very professional and very informative about the condition of my teeth, talked me through the x-rays and what the next steps were, very impressed with the approach and manner of delivery. The receptionist were professional and efficient, actually looking forward to my next appointment 👍

Emergency appointment
Called up for a same day emergency appointment and spoke to Natalie at the Worcester branch. She advised all appointments had been taken up but told me to ring back and also said that if there were any cancellations that she would call back. 10 mins later she called back and offered an appointment for the same day! Very very professional attitude and was extremely helpful! Thank you so much!
