Had my appointment this morning. Reception staff very friendly treatment room from stepping though the door to seeing two very nice smiling faces. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I’ve always been afraid of dentist visits not today not here. Thank you ladies for being so kind and understanding meant a lot. X👌❤️🙏

Have been seeing Faisal Mohamed and he is great. My teeth aren’t the best but there is no judgement which I like. He is very thorough too.

I really appreciate how thorough Feisal was , while also being so mindful of my fear of needles. He took the time to explain each step, which made a huge difference and helped me feel at ease throughout.

I’ve been coming to gentle dental for over 15 years now, and I genuinely can’t fault the level of professionalism, respect, and reassurance he always provides. Thanks again for making what could have been a stressful experience so manageable.

I visited the dentist and I was handled by receptionist Brydie she was really friendly, supportive and understanding especially as I was a bit nervous. She put me at ease straight away which made the whole visit feel much more comfortable.

I was really put at ease

Haven't been to the dentist in about 15 years, as soon as I went to the dental room I was really put at ease. I should have come a lot sooner, will definitely be returning
