Very professional and friendly service. I had an appointment within 2 weeks each time, I had my wisdom tooth removed and I was pretty scared and the dentist was ver reassuring and talked me through the procedure. Reception staff were smiling, friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault my experience at all :). I just wish there was parking, but it can't be helped in Worcester!

Explained all options and procedures
I had lost a filling and a section of enamel from a molar. I was given a choice of treatment and opted for a relacement filling. The procedure was carried out gently, painlessly and efficiently. The staff were pleasant, courteous and explained all options and procedures.
I am generally nervous in these situations, but was put at ease by the kindness of all the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone with similar fears.

Thorough hygiene checks
Natalie and her assistant were so friendly and did thorough hygiene checks. She also asked lots of questions about my lifestyle and teeth cleaning routines to advise on what I could do differently. A very satisfying visit!
