Took the time to explain each step
Fatemeh took the time to explain each step and gave help and advice on improving my overall oral health. She is very meticulous and has no problem checking any complaints I have had about my teeth.

My experience
I paid for 30 minutes and got about 27, including 5 minutes of the hygienist telling me how to clean my teeth. The hygenist also wasted about 2 minutes sticking an explorer tool into my gums and saying 'oh that bits bleeding' (well it was fine until you stabbed a metal tool into it). I'd rather have 30 full minutes of cleaning with a decent polish at the end (not just an afterthought), the actual dentist can advise me how to get a better clean in my check ups.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait long, results of appointment very helpful, explained thoroughly and next appointment for treatment not too long in the future.

As somebody who is petrified of the thought of visiting the dentist, Feisal Mohamed and his nurse was lovely, made me feel very at ease with the treatment I received and less petrified of returning for further treatment.
