Long time with no communication
Following 2 cancellations since August, we finally were able to have a check up. There was absolutely no communication from Gentle Dental regarding when we would be able to rebook an appointment given that the NHS dentist was on long term leave during the 7 month period we were waiting to rebook and yet our contact details would have been given every time we attended during the last 6 years we have been. Communication was promised in January regarding rebooking and yet we received none, we followed up 3 times to see if we could book.

Mr F Muhammad is so kind and very patient and friendly and always makes me feel less nervous.
He explains everything regarding my teeth.
I'm very happy with him and wouldn't wish to see anyone else.
He is excellent at his job.

My visit to Gentle Dental
The two ladies on reception were welcoming and very efficient, I was seen on time.
The dentist and her assistant were professional and welcoming and put you at ease.
The dentist was knowledgeable and gave advice on dental care. The interior however of Gentle Dental was shabby. Wallpaper marked, posters put up at random. Paint was chipped and old, it was like going back in time and it certainly didn't reflect the people who worked there. The surgery needs to be brought into the 21st century.

Extractions.
Fatima puts you at ease, she explained the procedure step by step. For once I don't dread going to the dentist. She has extracted 4 of my teeth now and all went very well.

Painless filling and cleaning
A very friendly and hygienic practice. Feisal Mohamed explained what he was going to do and was doing at the time and all work was carried out in a professional manner. I have no qualms in recommending this practice and this dentist in particular.
