Appointment found at short notice
I had been in a lot of pain for a month with ulcers, no saliva, unable to eat or sleep well. I called the dentist on the chance there was an appointment.
It had been impacting on my anxiety so was keen to see my dentist asap.
I was delighted to be offered an appt in an hour and a halfs time.
The dentist was really helpful and gave me a prescription giving me much needed hope. Thank you.

Dr Faisal Mohammed was extremely gentle, thorough and respectful. He was very patient and considerate. I would not hesitate to recommend him or receive further treatment.

Faisal brilliant. Hygienist brilliant
On my plan I get 2 dental and 2 hygienist appointments per year. It is daft and very inconvenient that it seems to be impossible to book them in 6 months time on the same day with your system. Why was it possible to do this on my first visit but not on subsequent visits.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry you were not able to book in these appointments in 6 months time, appointments can most certainly be booked in ahead of time, anything up to at least 18 months-2 years, if you contact the practice and ask to speak to the manager, I will look into this for you.

Nervous Paitent put at ease
I hate the visits to the dentists, i will not lie !!! But i was made to feel quite relaxed with Fatemah and there were no medication involved,, see how it goes next time, need some fillings, fingers crossed.
