The hygienist Natalie was really kind and constantly concerned about how I was feeling. The dental assistant was too and I just wanted to say thank you to them.

My experience

I'm very happy with my Dentist and have been for many years. I'm a little concerned that I cannot book further routine appointments at the moment. I understand that the NHS patient's books are full, but as I am happy and comfortable with my Dentist I'm worried this may be taken away. I like the security of another appointment. As someone who has taken many years to feel comfortable with someone I'm finding it a little unsettling.

Gentle Dental Care of Worcester

I was very pleased that I could have my crown put back in. It came loose last month and I had managed to get an appointment for the 29th of this month. After it fell out this morning I was extremely pleased that I could get it fixed today after a cancellation.
