My experience

Dentist and Dental Nurse were great, however reception wasn't a great experience. Wanted to book a repeat check up for 9 months' time as advised by Dentist, but told their diaries didn't go that far in advance, and they didn't operate a reminder system. Advised to call back nearer the time and diarise it myself.

Gentle and caring

Friendly staff, dentist is brilliant, he is so gentle and caring and professional. My teeth wouldn't be this good if it wasn’t for him Dentist Mohammed Fasal.

Kindness and understanding

The kindness and understanding of the hygienist and her assistant was excellent and the explanation of the procedure as I had never been to a hygienist before. I was pleased with the result.

So friendly

The receptionists were so friendly even though they are putting up with grumpy patients so stop and give them a break and appreciate their work, dentist was very nice and friendly.

Fabulous!

Reception staff are always lovely as was the dental nurse. The dentist however Is fantastic. Gentle, reassuring and always explains options for treatment. He’s fabulous!

Dentist was very good and polite! Staff were friendly! Just a long wait for treatment and disappointment regarding a private practice rather than NHS.

An excellent job

As always, receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The dentist is the same and good at making you feel at ease and the dental nurses are very well trained and do an excellent job.
