Very disappointed to hear the dental surgery was bought out and so will be made privatised resulting in us losing our NHS dentistry. I’m really hoping they will at least carry on with my 3 year old son under NHS care rather than leaving him unregistered resulting in us finding somewhere else for him, which we all know will be impossible. We’re very upset to basically be told that we have to pay the private fees or lose our dentist.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. The information you have been given is incorrect, we have not been privatised due to being took over by a different company. There is a nationwide problem at the moment with recruiting NHS Dentists. We are actively recruiting at the moment, until then, due to long term sickness and dentists not continuing with NHS services we are full to capacity and unable to see as many nhs patients as we did before. We have introduced 'practice plan' into the surgery, for adults and children which will hopefully be a more affordable monthly payment plan, to try and help patients be seen by the dentist.
Overall, how was your experience of our service?
Neither good nor poor
