Appointment on time, all staff approachable and friendly and reception staff very accommodating when booking future appointments. Dentist very calm, gentle and reassuring.

Kindness and attitude of dentist and dental nurse during an intense procedure.
Receptionists always pleasant and efficient though clearly very busy with a non stop phone!
