They were running late which I wasn't informed of when I arrived. My dentist is fantastic however, he is very caring and explains everything he is going to do.

My experience

The receptionist forgot to inform my dentist that I had arrived. 20 mins later he had to come looking to ask if I had arrived.
I was to have a crown fitted but it wasn't suitable. Another one had to be ordered. Not saying that this was your fault but it was part of my experience.

Highly recommend

The receptionists, dentists and dental nurses are all so helpful and lovely. I've had both private and nhs treatment at Gentle Dental and would highly recommend.

Appointment

Staff were really good and friendly, thought the appointment was a waste of time really, had to travel 10 miles for what I thought was a check up and clean, instead it was a 5 min check up with no clean, had to rebook for the clean which is 2 months later as the dentist said he was to busy to do it, if I had known that I wouldn't have wasted my time and fuel, can you please state this when appointments are booked, or can both the check up and the clean both be carried out at the same time!

Wonderful with children

Although clearly very busy, the staff are so friendly and kind. They are wonderful with children and nervous patients, and is the first dentist surgery I have not dreaded attending!
