Gentle Dental Care of Worcester

As I have no way of replying to the reviews left for Gentle Dental I thought it best I write a review to raise some concerns from previous reviews.
There have been a couple of reviews left by a J Smith and a M Yaqub.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find you as patients on Gentle Dental Of Worcester and have no records of complaints from you. Is it another Gentle Dental Practice you go to or is it Worcester?
If it is Worcester please contact us with your complaint as we have no record of a complaint and if it is the Worcester Practice I would be happy to take action to resolve these complaints for you.
