Gentle dental on London rd was absolutely brilliant with me, I’ve never been to a dentist in over 30 years, have a massive phobia however they were so calm and kind! They explained everything they were doing before they did and it was just a really good experience for someone who is terrified. No judgement just understanding and a willingness to help. I will be going back to have my teeth fixed and just brilliant.

My daughter had an appointment for moulds to be taken prior to fitting a gum shield.
She has huge anxiety and was visibly upset upon arrival.
The dental nurse recognised her straight away and was so lovely. Both the dentist and the dental nurse did everything they could to fully explain the process. They talked her through, step by step, offering her constant support and strategies.
Can’t thank them enough - excellent service and personable skills.
