Painful but necessary!
Sally had informed me during my last appointment that I would need a new filling, so I was prepared.
It was painful and I needed an occasional rest from the work but Sally and her assistant were very patient with me.

Good first experience
Warm welcome by helpful receptionists, and a very lovely dentist (Chris). I have been with the same dentist for nearly 40 yrs and so changing to this practice is a big step for me. Chris was very empathetic and kind. Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable in Chris's safe hands. Receptionist then set me up with my next appointment and the practice plan. Very efficient and professional.

Suitable appointment for a downstairs room with dentist of my choice as I am unable to get upstairs due to foot surgery. Very professional & treatment needed well explained. Only problem trying to get a suitable time & date within a reasonable time frame.

Sally is always professional but also has good conversation with kids and adults. Totally tailors her approach and is good at giving advice without preaching.

No problem with reception or treatment. Good to see that I can now sign medical form “no change”. Would have liked a copy of the new “business contract “ or whatever it was that I signed!
