The customer service stands out. I had a call before coming to check my route in to ensure I wasn’t caught out by traffic problems which goes way beyond my expectations. My appointment was on time, was conducted so totally professionally but was also friendly and thoughtful. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Excellent staff

Dental staff are excellent but perhaps more importantly, your administrative staff are also generally very friendly and approachable. This makes an absolutely massive difference to patients and you’re to be commended on hiring and training a friendly reception team, and I hope this continues as a focus going forward.
