The receptionist was amazing

I had an issue. The receptionist was amazing. She grasped the problem and slotted me in to have a brief chat with The dentist. She was lovely and gave me practical advice. Thank you.

I was made to feel at ease

This was my first dental appointment in years and I was incredibly anxious and quite emotional. I was made to feel at ease and the dentist was very sympathetic and understanding to my needs. I wasn't judged which was also a big fear for me.
