Dentist manager was outstanding and as a phobic he put me at ease.
Previous dentist spoke to me like child and lectured me as if I was stupid.
Best experience since Ash left.

My experience
On arrival at reception I was extremely disappointed to learn that I was no longer able to see my regular dentist who has treated my teeth for over 16 years. It appears that I have now been transferred to a new dentist. This is not a problem in itself but I feel that in the interest of customer care this decision by the practice to change my regular dentist could have been communicated better. How much better if my regular dentist could have conducted a handover with the new dentist in my company. It would have felt much more personal and caring rather than simply told I've been moved over to another dentist. I'm just a little bit disappointed with the way that this has been managed. I should say that this is no reflection on my new dentist who on first impression is courteous and competent.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. Good advice about teeth given. All staff caring as stated however assistant to Phil demands a special mention for the care and consideration she gave.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this practice. My dentist is Sally who is professional and friendly and I feel very comfortable under her care. I also see the dental hygienist, Cara, who is wonderful. She has looked after my teeth and gums extremely well over the past few years and as a result they are in much better condition thanks to her care and attention.
My previous dentist/practice was simply awful, so it means a great deal to find a practice as good as good as this one. Thank you to all the team.
