Donna the hygienist, very attentive and gives you the time of day.
Her customer service is excellent.
When you are dealing with clients this is the service you expect from everyone, when you are on a payment plan. I gave Donna the above score.

Janet is very professional and a delightful personable young lady.
I felt very confident and relaxed in Janet's ability and found it reassuring that she explained every stage of my treatment of what was going to occur.
I highly recommend Janet and I'll certainly be using her at the Chipping Manor for my further appointments.

Amazing

Jane on reception was amazing when I rang with toothache very helpful and reassuring. Seen by Phil who as always was amazing. He puts me at ease is confident, knowledgeable, explains all options and excellent at his job. His dental nurse on the day of my visit was lovely, reassuring and professional.
