Dentist really kind. Examined my mouth, explained clearly what she thought it was and has referred me to the oral health team at Gloucester. I left feeling reassured, really happy that my concerns were listened to and happy that there was a plan for the future. Thank you.

My experience
After 30mins of waiting to be called in for my check up I asked at reception how much longer the wait was and turns out the receptionist didn't log me as arrived so they skipped me. They tried to get me in as quick as they could after that but it was nearly an hour after I was booked to go in.
