Appointment where the office missed information - as to purpose
I asked in an email at the end of August for an appointment for a filling to replace one that had come out. When I arrived today (27th October) the dentist was unaware that a filling was required so I did not receive a check up as there was not enough time allowed so it was that or a filling, which appears to be a temporary one, done efficiently....while I require a permanent solution.

Best dentist I’ve been to! Had to have three teeth removed and Dr Phil and Wendy made a wonderful team, not only demonstrating great skill and professionalism but also provided comfort and care as I was feeling scared about the procedure, even went so far as to put on my favourite reggae music to help calm me. The receptionist were friendly and kind. Considering the dentist is a place I don’t usually want to go, I was very surprised to have had such a positive experience. Big thank you to all the team there!

Relaxed yet professional
Found the whole visit relaxed yet professional. From reception right through to the dentist.
Treatment was carried out pretty much without pain. The dentist listened, and responded with various options, then explained everything he was doing, and more importantly, why he was carrying out various procedures.
At no point did I feel rushed, and on a Saturday morning too!
