My experience
My treatment was good. However, tried to book an appointment for my daughter and was told her dentist had left and they didn't have a replacement yet so couldn't book her in. For a child with known problems with teeth who need 6 monthly checks, that's really not good enough.

My experience
Dentist is always lovely, friendly and happy. Always good service from them.
However long waits on reception and some are very rude.
Rang last week and through no fault of my own was shouted at by the receptionist when I asked if I could change my appt and told to phone back another day.
Today long queues with only one person serving 2 just sat behind the desk looking at computer screens. Don’t feel like a valued customer more a hindrance.

The staff. Manisha is the best dentist in the world. So professional and expert in her dentistry, wonderful with children and also non-judgmental, kind, practical and understanding.

Calm, friendly dental practice
Several dentists, dental nurses, receptionists and, I suspect, others we don't see, are present when one makes a visit to the Chipping Manor Dental Practice.
There is a sense of order and calm.
Efficiency when you enter.
I have always experienced this throughout my 34 years association with this practice, even though there have been many changes in this time.
My treatment has always been exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
