A warm, smiling, friendly welcome
I always get a bit nervous going to the dentist but Sam was excellent and professional and takes that extra care, so thank you Sam. As for the receptionists, was greeted with a warm, smiling, friendly welcome, thank you, Wendy, who made my day .

First-class treatment
Emergency appointment for toothache. Remedy applied but tooth was still painful the next day so another short-notice appointment was offered. Further examination revealed no underlying problem so advised to monitor the situation and to make further appointment if required. Pain has now subsided so no further action needed. Impressed with initial speed of response and subsequent treatment. First-class treatment - thank you.

I broke one of my molars and it was cutting into my tongue, making it painful for me and one call to the practice and they were able to get me an emergency same day appointment and temporarily fix the tooth. Superb patient care and I'm so grateful!
