Appointment was very thorough
I was surprised to be offered an appointment for my toothache for the same day. Appointment was very thorough. On antibiotics so will have to see if that helps and awaiting further details as to what is the best treatment.

I have been a patient at Chipping Manor for 22 years and in all of that time I have been totally confident in the quality of care at the surgery.
For most of that time I was with the same individual dentist, but now they have left I will be allocated to a new dentist. I think it is great to be seen by the same dentist, but when I have seen other dentists, due to absence, the quality has been consistent.
I have never needed to call on emergency or short notice care, but my family has and they have been seen as quickly as possible.
The location, reception and customer management systems are excellent with clear, timely and reliable communication.
All of this leads to confidence and satisfaction. I feel lucky to have such services to look after my health.

My experience
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly while also being very professional.
Please bring back the option to be able to pay with cash. I was stuck because I couldn’t use my card (personal reasons) so the receptionist offered to pay and take my cash! They shouldn’t need to do this.

Just had a check up and was fortunate enough to get an appointment 20 mins later for a tooth extraction. Exceedingly happy with my treatment Gayatri did an excellent job, also Jane receptionist looked after my little 7month old while I was being seen to. An eventful morning, feeling very lucky to have a great dental team!
