Friendly and efficient
Reception staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The waiting room was clean and tidy. I was seen slightly earlier than my scheduled appointment time. The dentist carried out the appointment to a high standard. Overall, a very good experience.

So grateful
My initial phone call describing my issue was dealt with extremely well with a great outcome by an immediate appointment.
The dentist was not my usual one as he was on leave.
He analysed the problem which was serious and referred to a surgeon for medical extraction as he detected a shattered root. I was so grateful for his wisdom and experience.

Great competent work
Great. Emergency appointment, in and out within 20 minutes. Great competent work, friendly, warm, and inspired confidence.
The receptionist also helped me after I was stung by a bee just as I was parking my car!
