Paula and Lily were lovely and very friendly. The 2 receptionists could work on their people skills. Initially quite standoffish.

l was seen right away
Once l arrived, l was seen right away by my dentist, the staff were patient with customer who had tooth issues, and eventually were able to make an appointment for that customer.

This was my 2ce yearly check up
I was called & greeted on time by my dentist.
I had 2 xrays to check there were no problems below the gumline.
Then a thorough examination of mouth, gums & teeth....and a final clean.
'See you around Christmas'.
A reassuring check up &, in my opinion, excellently carried out.
