My experience
The dental treatment was excellent - friendly and competent. As a patient, the only thing that could be improved is the external communication, which I found confusing and unhelpful: There was an incomprehensible SMS telephone message then an e-mail saying another would follow with a form to fill in. The second e-mail never arrived and no form was needed when I arrived for the appointment.

Supportive and helpful
I had an emergency appointment for a painful tooth today. The dentist (and nurse) could not have been more supportive and helpful with my choice of options. They made a bad situation much more bearable

My teeth felt so much better
Hygienist was excellent and her Nurse assistant. My teeth felt so much better after the treatment.
The Dentist check up was very thorough and so important to have 6 monthly checks.

I was told the day before that my appointment was going to be 15 mins later. When I got there just had time to use the loo. And I was called in. Sally is very friendly and good at what she does. Thank you 👍
