Review for Chipping Manor (Wotton) Dental Practice
1. Whilst I cannot fault the staff or actual treatments having a dental plan seems a waste as waiting times for appointments are long.
2. It has taken one year for an issue to be investigated because a follow up has been non-existent. A special referral was made but I heard nothing and had to phone and chase. Eventually, I got an appointment but the promised report did not arrive at Wotton and neither did Wotton chase it or follow up. I sent the report but still nothing from Wotton. I had to make an appointment in order to discuss the report in January 2025 - 1 year after the initial discussion.
