My experience
The dental work by Chris Leech was excellent but as I'm a wheelchair user, life is made very difficult for my husband bringing me in my wheelchair as the premises are very difficult to negotiate. We can never get parked at the rear of the building, so have to park in the road and in through the front door, then get down the interior steps.

A wonderful dentist
As ever, I had excellent service yesterday.
Unfortunately I arrived 10 mins late for my appointment, due to road closures, but this wasn't a problem. Both the reception staff and Phil (my dentist) understood and as ever were very professional and friendly.
Like many other people I have a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist and as ever, Phil's calming and friendly nature eased my stress and even played some of my favourite music for me - Coldplay to help me to relax. That helped me very much and was very thoughtful.
I now live in Liverpool, there are no available NHS Dentists up there, but to be honest, I'd rather continue to have my dental appointments with Phil, because he is a wonderful dentist.
Thanks to everyone yesterday.
Also I completed the routine forms on-line before my appointment yesterday.
I found that a simple process and I'm sure it assists the staff to provide and even better service.
10/10 - Excellent.

My experience
The dentist and dental nurse could not have been nicer, very polite and professional, however the same cannot be said for the receptionist we dealt with upon leaving, she certainly needs to alter her attitude towards patients. She seemed to be not happy in her job and as if we were a nuisance.
