Temporary fix

Moved from upper to lower floor when requested again, stairs tricky. Temporary fix to the problem being seen for and solutions mentioned for a permanent possible fix when at next check up to discuss with the dentist.

No clear instructions telling people that you need to sign in to note you have arrived.
Just a bunch of ipads and completely ignored until I was asked if I could be helped. The ipads look like they are for those who have not completed the "prework" sent to us. Either the screen needs to be changed or instructions put up to advise people to log in.

Treatment good but what on earth is happening on the check in procedure. Why on earth do you have stand at reception keying information into an I pad! Why can’t you just announce yourself to a person. Awful. It’s certainly not an improvement
