A happy, relaxed atmosphere
As always - Phil was efficient and thorough and utterly professional. He was so interesting too - telling me all about the latest research into oral hygiene. He introduced me to his dental nurse and clearly has a great relationship with the team around him ( someone popped in with some equipment that he was clearly delighted to receive and he joked with them about how he would label his to stop anyone else “stealing” his!) A happy, relaxed atmosphere.

My experience
My concern relates to your accounting system. Earlier this year I was told you would be requesting a payment on account when a booking is made. When I asked for a statement for my recent hygienist appointment it showed the payment made and there was an entry for c£20 with no explanation as to what this relates. Please could I have one.
