My dentist ( Theresa ) is always very efficient and answers any questions I have - gives me confidence to trust her advice.
I feel I disappoint her every time because of a lack of TeePee discipline but she still manages to smile through gritted teeth.
As good an experience of visiting the dentist as you are ever going to get, highly recommend.

Dentist (Phil) stepped in for hygienist who could keep appointment for personal reasons. Excellent session, really thorough and informative as to keeping my gums as healthy as possible. Can’t fault anything.

My experience

I'm sorry to say I was really disappointed. I set up a plan a couple of months ago, which meant I was eligible for 2 hygienist and 2 checkups. Today was my first appointment with the hygienist. Unfortunately, she had personal problems so was told my appointment would be with a dentist. He used a metal spiked tool, was very rushed, and the whole experience was really uncomfortable. This lasted about 2-3 minutes. I then said to him I have been used to to having a polish with the hygienist at my previous dentist. Ok then he said and carried that out. He also told me I didn't have a plan, he had checked with reception, who had said no plan. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. Obviously the hygienist couldn't help being absent but this was a very poor alternative. It was as though he didn't really have the time. On leaving I checked with reception who confirmed my plan. Not a good impression for a first appointment. Hopefully, I will have a better outcome with my appointment in December.

My dentist and all staff are excellent. A bit fed up about all the form-filling before my appointment which felt like unnecessary data-harvesting and attempts to sell me cosmetic procedures. See next question you'll get what I'm on about.

Explained everything clearly

Surgery itself and waiting room has had a makeover and looks good. Appointment was with a different dentist in the practise but very pleasant and explained everything clearly.
