Welcoming, kind

The reception staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Phil is especially good at not rushing me, and explaining clearly to me what’s happening etc, to keep my anxiety levels down. Amy was also very kind and understanding.

I have confidence in my dentist

Staff are pleasant, polite and friendly.
I have confidence in my dentist and hope I never have to find another one. I feel very lucky to have an nhs dentist in this day and age.
