Outstanding
I recently had an amazing first visit, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental practice.
From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and their warm attitude immediately put me at ease.
A special mention has to go to Sam, who was absolutely fantastic. Not only was Sam highly professional and skilled, but also genuinely kind and caring. I really appreciated how friendly and reassuring they were throughout the appointment—it made a huge difference. At one point, I even felt comfortable enough to joke and relax, which is something I never thought I’d say about a dentist visit!
Overall, the level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from the whole team was outstanding. I left feeling well looked after and genuinely impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Well presented course of action

Dentist was amazing
Lovely staff and dentist was amazing. Just a note, make the sign in iPads say sign in on the front screen, or have a sign saying use them to sign in. No one was using them to sign in as it came across that you could only use them to fill out a form.

Fabulous as usual
Manisha was fabulous as usual, and I’ve been seeing her on the NHS for 20 years. She is very professional and consistent. She doesn’t do fillings for no reason, she does only what is necessary and I really appreciate that. I have always trusted her judgement, and that is important to me having had some less trustworthy dentists when I was much younger, who I know now did unnecessary fillings purely for the money. I cannot praise her highly enough.
