My experience

Dentist is great once you get to him. The admin staff are rude and fail to pass on booking dates for appointments. Just called for the dates which told me they are closed? And then diverted to a voice mail box that was full and disconnected me! Very frustrating especially as they have three staff on the desk! Why are they closing for lunch ?

My experience

Dentist was abrupt. My appointment was a check up only. I have a build up of plaque on the front of my teeth, I was happy for the dentist to remove it. Then realised the dentist continued to do the sides as well. I asked him to stop as my teeth were sensitive, I asked is he doing fronts only, he said no the whole mouth but this wasn't stated. I recently had a horrid experience at the Dental hospital having wisdom tooth extraction (in July), I wasn't ready to be put through pain. I now have a big gap in my bottom front tooth, I have a cap on the tooth and it looks like too much of the tooth has been drilled out which I'm not happy with and makes my smile look terrible.
I'm disabled, you have a disabled parking space back entrance but unable to park there. Having to use the back entrance due to disability reasons, I'm always having to pass staff who are smokers out the back of the premises, doesn't look very professional and it stinks.
