Efficient and friendly
I’ve filled all necessary paperwork when received online link prior to the visit which saved time and inconvenience whilst in the practice waiting room. All staff is efficient and friendly.

Great service
Service was great and everyone was friendly, the only downside was they have my name wrong and I was a patient from ages 10 to around 22 but there is no record of it! But overall very happy.

Wonderful time this morning - have come away feeling very loved and cared for : on the one hand - the care and attention to detail of the staff ( in this case Gareth and his assistant. And on the other , the financial support that I recieve from the State thru' the practice's continued accreditation within the NHS. To all the staff at Roderick's. My experience
Overall experience was extremely stressful, feeling let down and abandoned by the NHS service/practice.
Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, I was suffering from extreme toothache and while I felt in this vulnerable position I was passed from pillar to post with not one dentist knowing or taking the time to understand my background or situation. I was offered no form of support, customer care or attentiveness. The second dentist made me feel anxious and did not fill me with confidence that they had my best interest at heart rather how they could add on extra costs to extract further funds and get me out the door as quickly as possible. No guidance or advice was offered merely the quick and easy approach. Shocking !!!
