Attention to detail

Chris was SO helpful in his explanation of what I’d been dealing with re: back tooth: His attention, patiently and with detail, has given me a perspective/understanding of this it’s tooth/context of - probably Phil has told me before but my latest experience of the behaviour of this tooth and its ’resonances’ ( felt painfully over the last week) alarmed me eventually-hence making the appointment to have it checked out. I appreciated very much his time, focus and attention to detail. Just a big thank you all round. So…keeping my fingers crossed.

Respectful and understanding

Fantastic experience. Phil was thorough with his explanation of procedures, respectful and understanding. I felt comfortable and reassured. Especially as a nervous patient. I am yet to have my work done but can't believe I am actually looking forward to revisiting. An absolute first for me. Very high standard of professionalism from receptionist to dental assistant but down to earth and kind. Highly recommend.
