I'd been a bad boy and not been to the dentist for around 8 years. Anyhow, I booked in to see Donna the hygienist, as I had years of staining that needed removing (I've given up smoking for 4 months). Needless to say, she worked her miracles and I can now confidently smile again 😀

My experience
Appointment with Cara (Hygienist) as always very happy with the service.
After when booking an appointment in six months was informed that a £22 pound deposit was to be charged to book the appointment. This was due to appointments not being attended, I have never missed an appointment but will be penalised for those who do? But I feel the real reason is so Rodricks Dental can have £22 of my money in an account for six months.

Repaired a chipped tooth, Painless!
Quick clean all around. Gums reported as very healthy.
I was 5 minutes late ( parking issues )No problem at all said both 6.30 pm was the appointed time
I was dancing up the street at 6.55 pm.
So impressed I left £20 for the staff to get coffee from local shop

Waited more than 7 minutes at reception to check in for my appointment while the phone rang constantly.
Being asked to pay a £30 deposit that they keep in perpetuity in essence is wrong and downright sharp practice.
