This was not my first visit to the practice but it was my first visit to a dentist for a long time. I had had some sensitivity and pain. I received excellent care and service, with a thorough check-up then an xray. After consideration & advice I opted for an extraction. This was performed which has resolved the pain. The dentist was very professional and offered great advice.
I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Emergency appointment
On Thursday morning I lost a piece of a front tooth. Immediately I rang the surgery. The receptionist was lovely, searched for an emergency appointment and Chris not only squeezed me in but solved the problem on the spot. That’s real service…. Thank you everyone.

A good experience
It took a while to get an appointment as I couldn't claim any urgency. Met by Phil right on time in the waiting room. Phil has an excellent manner for putting patients at ease, ideal for those of a nervous disposition, he greets one as a friend. His dentistry skills match his confident manner. I had broken one of my front teeth and the repair was quick and painless even without an injection.

No problem with the dental care I received. I was telephoned less than 24 hours before my appointment to rearrange. Found the online forms I was requested to fill in before my appointment too long and quite a few questions were irrelevant to my dental care. They appeared to be sales focussed.
