Friendly, efficient
When I arrived at the survey I was seen within 5 mins. My dentist explained that I was booked only for check up but when I asked for a fix of my filling she accommodated my ask. The staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you.

Routine Appt
Dental treatment was usual high standard.
You need to fix your medical history on line questionnaire. I answered about 4 pages of questions then it was all lost because I couldn’t pick Sweden as location of my emergency contact. Surinam was an option in the drop down list but Sweden and several other countries were absent.

Broken tooth
One of my back teeth had broken. Mr. Lam very quickly assessed the damage and explained what he was going to do. My experience throughout my appointment was very efficient and informative. All members of staff who dealt with my appointment were friendly and efficient.

Phil has been my dentist for quite a few years and I appreciate and thank him for his friendly and efficient attention. From the reception staff onwards, the surgery has a focussed, efficient and ‘warm’ atmosphere - my capacity to smile and enjoy a wide range of food textures testifies to that pretty much on a daily basis. The room and all the equipment was spotlessly clean.
